For something to be precluded means that it was prevented from happening.

즉, option 2를 사용해도 되고, 안해도 됨.

 

# exclude

For something to be excluded means that it was removed from some group or set or was disallowed being part of said group or set from the start i.e the exact opposite of include.

Using option 2 to realize option 1 is not excluded

option 1을 현실화 하기 위해 Option 2를 제외해서는 안된다.

즉, option 2를 사용해야만 한다.
